International Stress Management Association

National Stress Awareness Day

We were contacted by the International Stress Management Association (UK) regards to helping them develop an exciting new campaign for their annual National Stress Awareness Day. As a charity based organisation it was necessary to not only develop an exciting new consumer focused campaign but to also find funding through sponsorships to enhance the planned activities.

Smile Away Stress

We developed a working theme of “Stress, don’t let it get to you” and working with leading health and wellbeing consultant Liz Tucker, developed campaign to not only to develop the awareness of stress but giving advice on how to alleviate every day stress situations.  We also enlisted the help from other leading health experts such as Dr Chris Steele.

As well as a PR campaign we also targeted oganisations in getting involved on National Stress Awareness Day by wearing “Smile Away Stress” badges and our SmileAwayStress literature encouraging them to organise their own in-house activities for employees demonstrating the necessity of being aware of the implications stress can have on your overall health.

With the above activities and a large number of placements across the various media channels, this National Stress Awareness Day was one of the most successful for ISMA UK

‘RPR developed and ran the  ‘Smile Away Stress’ Campaign for ISMA’s National Stress Awareness Day in 2006 which successfully caught the attention of the public as well as companies, thus helping us to achieve our charitable aim’.
