Hey You Look Like A Million!
RPR was approached by the Country Manager of Dyrberg/Kern UK as she was looking for a refreshing approach to their PR activity. A long with a couple of leading London PR Agencies, RPR was asked to present to Dyrberg/Kern outlining what our approach would be, what added value we would bring, increasing the brand awareness of this already successful Danish designer jewellery company.
Dyrberg/Kern have had a presence in the UK for over 12 years, though the brand has only truly grown over the last 5 years and now have over 300 stockists.
We were obviously highly delighted to start working with Dyrberg/Kern and from the offset worked very closely with the Country Manager and her team in finding out what they had done in the past in regards to their PR and marketing, plus most importantly how they worked with their retail customers.
Although, Dyrberg/Kern were known by the trade press, we have since grown an established relationship with the fashion accessories and jewellery trade publications, which is always a key objective in the very early stages of working with any client.
Since then, we have also developed good relationships with the Fashion Editors and their teams within the main consumer magazine ensuring that Dyrberg/Kern have a good, strong and most important reliable reputation, which is so imperative for any PR!
We also meet up with members of the Dyrberg/Kern sales team on a regular basis looking at how we could support them and their customers and finding out more about the issues faced by today’s retailer.
With the organisation celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary during 2010, we have some exciting plans for the coming months and continue to enjoy working with this fabulous brand.
“Dyrberg Kern selected RPR, after being courted by a number of large London PR agencies because of a number of reasons, firstly the clarity in which they proposed, the fees, suggested PR options and activities took away the “science” some agencies like to blind you with; secondly the personal touch, we felt that of all the agencies we asked to tender, RPR showed that they actually cared about our PR, rather than just being able to “slot us in” with other fashion brands, and lastly because of the understanding about our business they go to, to maximize our PR, it is very rare for a PR company to be interested in attending sales meetings to ensure that the PR does its job to maximize commercial success.
If you are looking for a PR company that will protect your brand and enhance your operation, RPR are definitely the choice I would recommend.”

Country Manager, Dyrberg/Kern UK
