MENTORING has been a more recent addition to the RPR portfolio but in some respect has also been a part of how we work with our clients from the very start.

Mandy is a great believer of passing on her knowledge and experience to others (well those who are interested). From the very start of her career in the marketing industry, Mandy worked with some fantastic people and found herself constantly learning from those around her.  She puts her success to date, to those people she worked with and from being given the opportunity to learn from being involved with some exciting and varied brilliant projects, across the whole marketing spectrum.

So today, Mandy has a passion about wanting to pass on her knowledge and expertise to a wide range of people, wanting to progress with their PR and marketing in one form or another.  From a small business owner, just starting out, who wants to learn how best to promote their new product or service or someone who is part of a larger organisation, where no marketing role currently exists, and so they wish to develop someone into this role.  Mandy is able to work with them in whatever capacity is suitable and so empower them to have passion about all things PR and marketing.
